Yoga Classes

J.R.S Yoga Centre offers a number of yoga classes each week. Each class is structured in two components: yoga theory and yoga practice.
We have a full spectrum of classes covering yoga basics and fundamentals as well as more advanced yoga. Yoga styles range from gentle yoga, viniyoga and pranayama to vinyasa flow, power yoga and Iyengar yoga.
We have drop-ins for new comers who are welcome to visit our sessions. However, to maximize the benefits of yoga, it is recommended that you attend regularly the yoga sessions in which you have been registered.

What to bring to a yoga session?

A yoga mat and towels.

Wear comfortable clothes. We have a changing room that you may use.

We will also provide you with yoga blocks/straps whenever required.
