Who should do yoga?

Yoga is practically for EVERYONE! It is recommended for:

 

  • Adolescents to cope with the physical and emotional changes

  • Students to cope with the pressures of studies

  • Women at home (housewives) to enhance home management

  • Pregnant women (consult with your doctor first)

  • Working professionals who get physically and mentally exhausted (e.g. industrial and office workers) to renew their mental vigour

  • Managerial people to enable them think calmly and make rational decisions

  • Anyone who is interested in maximizing his or her full potential.

 

Note: Please consult your doctor before you start any yoga practice, especially if you have a medical condition.
